Your poster will be due to CopyTech via the online form by Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 9am ET if you want MIT Open Learning to pay the cost to produce the poster. (You could choose to print your poster later or on your own, but you will be responsible for the printing and mounting costs.)
Note: Only Finalists will be asked to give a presentation, but everyone should prepare one since we don’t know if you’ll be a finalist!!!
STEP 1. Update your Submission Document
Email your revised submission document by Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 9am ET to iCampusPrize -at- mit -dot- edu. The same restrictions apply as in Round 1.
STEP 2. Prepare your Poster, a Storyboard of your Vision
The Final Round includes a poster session with a storyboard of your vision and a 3 minute presentation based on your storyboard.
To present your submission to the review committee, we’re going to have you do it as a storyboard.
Designing the Poster
Design the poster for 48″ wide x 36″ high. We recommend that you design the poster using these dimensions, instead of trying to scale up from a smaller size. You can use Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides or Adobe Illustrator (or similar) to create your poster.
If you use PowerPoint, go to File > Page Setup and set the dimensions to 48″ x 36″.

Printing the Poster
We’ve arranged with MIT CopyTech to print the posters and mount them on foam core for you (we’re paying for the cost of the printing). You are welcome to keep the poster after the poster session (though we may ask to reprint a copy so we can display your work in our offices). You could choose to print the poster at your own expense in time for the presentation. If you do so, please let us know in advance at icampusprize -at- mit -dot- edu.
Submit your poster to CopyTech via the online form at https://printservices.mit.edu/ by Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 9am ET if you want MIT Open Learning to pay the cost to produce the poster. (You could choose to print your poster later or on your own, but you will be responsible for the printing and mounting costs.)
